- The newcomers join returning cast members Kyle Richards, Erika Girardi, Dorit Kemsley, Bozoma Saint John, Rachel Zoe, and Sutton Stracke; season 15 cast member Amanda Frances confirmed on August 5 she would not return.
- Production is already underway, with cast members attending Bozoma Saint John's wedding to Keely Watson in Ghana on August 21. Remini is preparing to join the group in Los Angeles later this week.
- Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly are also returning as friends of the cast, while the franchise remains the most-watched Real Housewives edition, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year.
