A new lawsuit says a Chattanooga senior care company did nothing after a worker with a disability was raped in a closet by a co-worker while working her shift.T

In July 2024, a man in Glauchau tied up and raped a severely disabled woman. He now had to answer for it before the Zwickau Regional Court. There he made a confession. Now the verdict was passed.
