Lawrence County Grand Jury indicts 14, most are drug related charges

The Lawrence County Grand Jury returned 14 indictments, most of them were drug charges.  Other people indicted and their charges include:  • Marcus R. Bowen, 54, Ashland, Kentucky, second-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and second-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs.  • Uriah K.
