The Parliamentary Brigade of La Paz, in coordination with the representative of the artisan bakers, Dandy Mallea, presented a bill to declare material and immaterial cultural heritage to the marrack or also known as “battle bread”. The aim of the regulation is also to declare Baker's Day and to manage, through the Ministry of Cultures, the recognition of the marrack before Unesco.
