BXP has announced that law firm Goodwin has signed a lease spanning approximately 250,000 square feet at 200 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron, Manhattan. Originally completed in 1909 and once known as the “Toy Center,” the building underwent a renovation in 2008 and achieved LEED Gold Core & Shell certification in 2010.
