On March 19, the engineer and entrepreneur Suresh Gajwani was accused in the state of Florida of presenting a document with false information to evade contributions. According to the Federal Department of Justice, Gajwani's company, Nimco II, generated about $80 million between 2019 and 2022. To avoid paying contributions on these profits, Gajwani fraudulently made a change of corporate structure in 2020.
