The Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) announced in a press statement the launch of a training and qualification program for drivers and workers in the land transport sector, starting from July 1st. The initiative comes in implementation of the laws and regulations governing the land transport sector and aims to enhance the efficiency of its workforce.

Walter Jackson, an independent Landstar owner-operator, is one of the Truckload Carriers Association’s (TCA) five Professional Drivers of the Year for 2025.
