The Government of Latvia has approved the allocation of EUR 10 million for the purchase of arms for Ukraine within the PURL list of needs.

"We will allocate EUR 10 million to support Ukraine through NATO's PURL fund," he said in a message referring to the initiative known as Ukraine's Priority Requirements List, PURL.

Latvia ' s contribution is made within the framework of the commitment to allocate at least 0.25 per cent of GDP to Ukraine.
