Koval Lane and Winnick Avenue remain closed due to flooding, while cameras captured stranded cars navigating the rising water across the city.
A Flood Watch and Wind Advisory remain in effect through 5 a.m. Monday, though meteorologists predict only a slight chance of additional showers today.
