Syracuse, N.Y. — A 2-year-old girl who had to be given Narcan on Saturday inside Parkside Commons apartment complex had overdosed on fentanyl, a prosecutor said Thursday. The drugs may have come from a drug ring police busted Wednesday in the same complex, the prosecutor said.
