CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Several lanes are closed to traffic on I-464 near mile marker 3.9 following a multi-vehicle crash, according to 511 Virginia. Virginia State Police confirmed troopers responded to the scene in Chesapeake, which is near Poindexter Street.
