JAMESTOWN — Starting Monday, June 16, a lane closure is planned in the the southeast bound lane on 2nd Street Northeast/Railroad Drive Northeast, from 11th Avenue Northeast to 2nd Street Southeast, the city of Jamestown engineer's office announced.
