- The judge rejected discharge pleas, saying the accused operated as a criminal enterprise, while the CBI named 103 accused and reported five deceased among them.
- The court has posted the matter for formal framing on January 23, charges include the Prevention of Corruption Act and Indian Penal Code, and the accused deny the allegations, calling the case politically motivated.
