A Lancaster County man on Friday was arrested and charged with raping a child after he told investigators he sexually abused a girl on numerous occasions, according to an affidavit.Josue E. Rivera, 42, of Lititz, on Thursday told Northern Lancaster County Regional Police officers he raped the girl and touched her inappropriately a number of times at a Clay Township home.
