ROCHESTER — A line of cars waiting for the lead car to make a left-hand turn ended with a Lake City woman injured in a crash at about 2:58 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21. According to a Minnesota State Patrol report, four vehicles were heading eastbound on U.S. Highway 63 at about 18th Avenue Northwest.
