The Arts Council of Ladysmith and District is not letting any paperwork rain on its parade. The volunteer organization had originally planned to hold its first fundraiser, called Bid For The Build, on May 22 but the Arts Council had to reschedule the event by a couple of weeks to Friday, June 12.
