The Bolivian Trade Union Confederation of Drivers gave a 48-hour period to the Government to set up a meeting with the Minister of Hydrocarbons and the President of the Bolivian Fiscal Oil Fields (YPFB), in order to explain the persistence of fuel shortages and the non-compliance with the commitments made to the sector.
