The Government regulated articles of the Labour Modernization Act and established new rules for collective agreements, trade unions, digital distribution and mobility platforms, and casual service companies, and created a new mandatory format for salary receipts, which should show the total labour cost assumed by the employer and the details of the various contributions and contributions linked to the employment relationship.
The decree was published in the Official Gazette and regulates key articles of the Employment Contract Act. Among other things, it redefined how jobs are recorded, absences are justified and temporary contracts are applied.
