La. Legislature passes bill clarifying gun laws at parades

BATON ROUGE, La. (KLFY) -- A bill awaiting Gov. Jeff Landry's signature has passed clarifying that paradegoers, but not riders, may carry concealed weapons. House Bill 393 provides for a person to carry a concealed weapon as a spectator at a parade or demonstration. State Rep.
