An Otero County judge issued a $20,000 cash-only arrest warrant Thursday, Aug. 20, for a La Junta attempted murder suspect, Demetri Isaiha-Angel Martinez, 20, after he failed to appear for a preliminary hearing, after authorities alleged he stabbed and tried to kill an intimate partner with a knife inside their home back in February.
