Ukraine's largest mobile operator Kyivstar closed a deal to acquire 97% of the corporate rights of the online taxi service Uklon for $155.2 million, the company's press service reported on Wednesday.

Kyivstar, the largest national electronic communications operator, and the product IT company Uklon, which is the developer of the online platform and application for ordering cars, have successfully completed the process of closing a deal to purchase 97% of Uklon corporate rights.
