Aleksander Kwaśniewski has no doubt that inviting Vladimir Putin to the G20 summit was a mistake on Donald Trump's part. At the same time, the former president has one piece of advice for Karol Nawrocki on the matter.
Former President Aleksander Kwaśniewski told Polsat News that Karol Nawrocki should attend the G20 summit regardless of whether the Russian leader attends. "When I knew him, he was Putin 1.0. Today, in my opinion, he's Putin 5.0. He was a different Putin," Kwaśniewski said.
If I were Nawrocki, I would go to the G20 summit, but I wouldn't shake Putin's hand," Aleksander Kwaśniewski said on the program "Good Evening Poland." The former president also said that inviting Vladimir Putin to the summit was a mistake on Donald Trump's part.
