In the case of the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancée, the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic on Tuesday overturned the Specialized Court's acquittal of Marian Kočner. The case will now be heard by a different panel of the Specialized Court. Ján Kuciak and Martina Kušnírovo were murdered on February 21, 2018, in their home in the village of Veľká Mača.
