Kublalsingh: Pay heed to reports on Point Fortin highway - Trinidad and Tobago Newsday

Environmental activist and UWI lecturer Dr Wayne Kublalsingh says TT should pay heed to the Armstrong Report on the Dibe to Mon Desir portion of the Solomon Hochoy Highway extension project.
