RICHMOND, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky State Police are searching for an inmate who escaped from the Bluegrass Career and Development Center in Madison County. Authorities say 28-year-old Jarod Barnes walked away from the facility around 6:45 p.m. Sunday. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, black sweatpants, and white tennis shoes.
