Cooper&Hunter offers cutting-edge mini split air conditioning units designed to address the unique climate control requirements of any home or business. These adaptable systems deliver efficient heating and cooling along with precise temperature management. Wintergreen Distribution Center is a 560,030-SF, multi-tenant speculative industrial building built by Krusinski Construction Company. This development was KCC’s first ground-up project in the state of Texas. Cooper&Hunter’s build-out project marks the 20th project in partnership with IAC Properties, ranging from ground-ups to renovations to tenant improvements. Members of the project team include Andy Johnson, Executive Vice President; Ryan Lehman, Senior Project Manager; Adam Catris, Project Engineer; Michael Adebayo, Project Superintendent; Yvette Hianik, Preconstruction Manager; and Erin Anderson, Project Coordinator. Azimuth Architecture served as the project architect.
