The US donut and coffeehouse chain Krispy Kreme has confirmed a massive data protection incident involving more than 160,000 people. The security incident that occurred in November 2024 has only now been fully announced. Data collected by cybercriminals includes extremely sensitive financial information that could make those affected vulnerable to fraud.
