Swiss Loic Meillard is the winner of the giant slalom for the Alpine Skiing World Cup in Schladming. Brazilian Lucas Pinheiro Braathen, the leader after the first run, finished second in the final (+0.73), with Frenchman Alban Elezi Cannaferina third (+0.90). Slovenian Žan Kranjec won 13th place (2.54) in the last giant slalom before the Olympic Games.
