Several former ministers paid the fine due to conflict of interest, but Aleš Hojs did not. The KPK filed a motion for enforcement against him.
The KPK has filed a motion for enforcement against former Interior Minister Aleš Hojs, who found himself in a conflict of interest in the case of compensation for unused vacation, due to an unpaid fine. The fines have already been paid by former ministers Jože Podgoršek, Boštjan Koritnik, Simona Kustec, Andrej Šircelj and Zdravko Počivalšek.
