On Thursday, Vienna police arrested a 40-year-old who is suspected of entering an office through an open window and stealing a cell phone. He took a photo of himself with the telephone, which was automatically uploaded to the data platform of the mobile phone manufacturer. The victim saw the photo and showed it to his brother-in-law, who recognized the thief in a supermarket in Vienna-Simmering, the police reported on Friday.
