Taipei, July 27 (CNA) The main opposition Kuomintang (KMT) has voiced support for a rally to be held by civic groups in Taipei on Aug. 1 that will call for judicial justice, stronger public safety and tougher penalties for drug- and drunk-driving offenses.
The Chinese Human Rights Association and other civic groups have launched a rally on August 1st along Ketagalan Boulevard, demanding an end to drug-impaired and drunk driving and advocating for judicial justice.
