Athanasios Rantos, Advocate General of the European Court of Justice, has ruled that Klubrádió was unlawfully deprived of its media service rights on Budapest FM 92.9 MHz. The Advocate General's Opinion is not binding on the European Court of Justice, but according to Klubrádió, in the vast majority of cases, a similar ruling is usually reached.

Klubrádió had to stop his radio program in 2021 and is now only available on the Internet.
