ST. PAUL, Minn. (KVRR) — People are coming together at Minnesota’s state capitol to remember the lives of Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark. The two were gunned down in a politically motivated shooting over the weekend. The Wednesday evening vigil starting at 8 p.m. and is slated to go until 9:30.
