It was reported that the Ankara Governorship did not grant permission for the rally that the party leader, Özel, whose name is considered null and void, planned to hold after his parallel Eid celebration. The CHP General Headquarters shared an information note on the matter.
Fatih Atik, a journalist close to the ruling party, claimed that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was appointed as the CHP leader by a court decision, applied to the Ankara Governorship to cancel the rally that the elected CHP leader Özgür Özel was going to hold in Güvenpark. The Kılıçdaroğlu camp denied the claim.
