After the Klaipėda Municipality Water Management Company "Klaipėdos vanduo" and the construction company KRS terminated the contract for the renovation of a section of the sewage pipeline on Danės Street worth almost 0.8 million euros (including VAT), the companies are suing in court over the municipal company's decision to include the contractor on the list of unreliable suppliers.
