Kjetil Melbye Mathisen (41) has been acquitted of the murder of his friend Stig Kyrre Nybråten, but has still been sentenced to 21 years in prison.
Kjetil Melbye Mathisen was sentenced to 21 years in prison for two murders in the district court. On appeal, he was acquitted of one murder, but the sentence is the same. This was stated by his defense attorney Espen Refstie to TV 2. (NTB)
