Kitchener resident charged with operation while impaired

On Monday, April 20, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 11, Maisonville Township. Upon speaking with the driver, officers allegedly determined that the driver had consumed an alcoholic beverage. The accused was arrested and transported to the Kirkland Lake detachment for further testing.
