Kitchener pilot transforms part of King Street into pedestrian block

This week, the City of Kitchener and the Downtown Kitchener Business Improvement Area held King Street Unplugged and transformed a section of King Street into a pedestrian-only area filled with activities, games, music and fun for the whole family. CBC K-W's John Dalusong spoke with Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic about the initiative. He also spoke with Payal Mongia of Libro Credit Union, one of the stalls at the pop-up park.
