Kirkland Lake OPP charge four area individuals with various offences

On Sunday, May 17, at approximately 10:40 p.m., the Kirkland Lake OPP conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle on Highway 112 for an alleged automated licence plate recognition notification for a suspended driver. Upon speaking with the driver, officers allegedly determined that the driver had consumed an alcoholic beverage. The driver was arrested and transported to the Kirkland Lake OPP detachment for further testing.
