Kingston Common Council OKs $600,000 design study for sewer replacement on Foxhall and Flatbush avenues

KINGSTON, N.Y. — The Common Council voted unanimously on Monday, April 1, to spend $600,000 to study a replacement of sewer and stormwater infrastructure on Foxhall and Flatbush avenues.
