Kings To Host Cam Payne, Interested In Elfrid Payton
The Sacramento Kings are set to work out a group of veterans starting with Cam Payne, sources told Jake Fischer of The People's Insider. The Kings are also interested in Elfrid Payton, and have previously looked at Victor Oladipo. The Kings had offered Russell Westbrook a contract before Westbrook retired last week.
Cameron Payne will participate in the Kings' training camp in order to claim a spot on the team's roster ahead of the new season.
