- The Palace clarified that Prince Harry and Meghan are private citizens unable to carry out official royal engagements, resolving uncertainty about the Sussexes' status.
- Colonel Chris Magezi, Uganda's acting director of defence public information, confirmed the UPDF will resume preparations after the King "encouraged the CDF to proceed with preparations.
