Another new housing development in on the horizon in Kimberley. Kimberley city council has approved a development permit for two four-plex residential units, to be build on a vacant piece of land at 101 Sullivan Dr. Plans show the buildings will have eight long-term residential units, ranging in size from 578 sq ft. to 1,184 sq ft., suitable for individuals, couples and small families.
