EADaily, August 13th, 2025. The Ukrainian authorities have expanded the mandatory evacuation zone due to the breakthrough of the Russian army north of Pokrovsk. This was announced by the head of the regional military administration (OVA) of the Kiev-controlled part of the DPR Vadim Filashkin.
