Sexual assault case re-scheduled for plea next week

NORTH BATTLEFORD — A North Battleford man, who is facing a charge of sexual assault, was scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 22. Defence attorney Brian Pfefferle expressed through his agent the defence has to adjourn the case until next week.
