Estonia's largest entertainment organizer Apollo Group has received permission from the Competition Council to acquire the companies operating the buffet lunch restaurants Restoranas 12 and the cafes Caif Cafe from the Estonian company Defood.

Apollo Group will expand to the Norwegian market with the KFC franchise
Apollo Group, in cooperation with MM Group and KFC franchisor, is in the process of acquiring the local Fly Chicken restaurant chain operating in the Norwegian market in order to bring the KFC franchise to the Norwegian market.
As the council announced on Tuesday, CCF Kavinės operates the Caif Cafe chain of cafes in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Marijampolė and provides catering services there, while Restoranai Dvylika provides public catering services and operates ten restaurants under the Restoranas 12 brand in Vilnius and Kaunas.
