Keystone shows general support for granting funds to Soda Creek Habitat for Humanity project, with contingencies

Keystone officials showed some reluctance while granting general support to give funds to a Habitat Humanity project in Soda Creek in need of around $1 million.  Keystone Town Council informally committed money to the five-unit project, with contingencies, at a Tuesday, Jan. 27, meeting.
