Thomson Reuters Detects Cybersecurity Incident, Says Unauthorized Party Accessed Files

- Exposed records may contain individuals' names and personal information, including Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and medical data, the company's investigation found.
- Thomson Reuters is notifying affected individuals and providing a year of credit monitoring and identity theft protection, with a call center active on Sept 4.
- "There has been no operational disruption to C-Track," a Thomson Reuters spokesperson said, adding the company has secured the environment with expert assistance.
