At least 42 people have died at the hands of the criminal group Viv Ansanm on the night of Sunday to Monday in the municipality of Kenscoff, east of the capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince, in the midst of the increasing violence by gangs in the Caribbean country, according to the latest report.
According to reports, the assailants have advanced in several areas, including Nan Madeleine, Caille Boucan and areas inside Kenscoff, before reaching the area around the police station. Residents have reportedly been killed during the violence, and several houses and religious buildings have reportedly been set on fire.
