Kenosha man arrested on 6th OWI charge in Trempealeau County
A traffic stop leads to the arrest on Thursday afternoon of a Kenosha man for his sixth OWI charge. A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper pulled over 59-year-old Phillipp Schiavi as he was heading west on I-94 near Osseo just after 2 pm for an unsafe lane change.
